Unbelievable places with golf courts
Restaurant was not busy for a Sunday night and the food took a long time to come out. Like others have said before, the view is great, but the food is not to standard(very bland and not tasty/appetizing at all).
At the reservation time We asked for a table on the terrace and came 30 min earlier to make sure we get it. Waited for an hour, did not get a table, and quit Calcutta grill. Went to eat elsewhere. So we don't know how it was but since my time is very valuable, I am giving it 1 star.
Good food and awesome views. Didn't play the golf course, but looks like it would be a lot of fun and great views.
To begin our reservation was for May 4 , 12:00 noon. My wife and I arrived at 11:30 to be told no reservations had been made. After showing the manager the prepaid contract he said he was never told about this contract. They proceeded to prepare a table for 20 . Seated at 12:40. We where given 3 items to choose from. Started to get food a fruit plate about 1:15, entrees about 2:00. I personally sent my egg Benedict back twice because it was cold. I was told by the manager the cook told him if he got the eggs any hotter the sauce would congeal, I told them not to bring a third plate. A third plate came with sauce on the side with yes,hot eggs. To bad it was the worst plate I’ve ever had. Denny’s does a better job. So the 3 items where a burger , an egg scramble and eggs Benedict. So a fruit plate, and burger was 35.00 $$$. If I could give a negative stars you would get -5. Don’t go there really bad.
The shrimp in the seafood salad good quality, but the green is so unfresh.
Great views, nice casual setting, plenty of room to spread out
The view, good food, the view, lovely wait staff and did I mention the view. The restaurant is comfortable and classy. We were lucky to sit by the fireplace on a cool crisp day. We could also watch the clouds coming and going hiding then revealing the view of the Olympic mountains, Puget Sound, Seattle, Mercer Island and Lake Washington. The golf course is great to look at also. This place is a favorite of mine, obviously!
Always enjoy the food here and usually the service is also very good. We come here mostly on special occasions. On our most recent visit, someone was clearly having an off night: we were kept waiting far too long for our soup (which arrived lukewarm) and after they promised to comp our soup and desserts, those items were still on the bill and we had to remind them. We'll be back, though; as I said, they're usually very good. Their Thanksgiving buffet is amazing!
Fantastic service with a magnificent meal and views to match.
Food isnt good at all. I don't recommend here for any occasions (was here for valentine, same thing). The steak was supposed to be medium, and it looks like this (see photo), also the food was missing for some on the table and came 15 min late almost when everyone was done. Only go if you want to see some views.
They lost our reservation but were able to get us a table within 10 minutes. The seating was super nice and the view is incredible. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions, they were even willing to take some photos for our prom dinner there. The food was amazing, we ordered the grilled salad and ribeye. Flawless evening, my favorite part of the night honestly
First time here and enjoyed the experience. Food was great, the service was wonderful and had a great atmosphere plus you can't beat that view.
Great food and excellent scenery. Grab a table on the patio, select a bottle of vino, and savor every bite.
Awesome place very personal service.
Had lunch in the bar here, and ordered the burger. Excellent service, very good food and a truly special property and main building. Definitely would recommend.
One if the best and most luxurious places could be found for having food, playing pool tables and 18 hole golf course.
We arrived on a crystal clear March day for my mom's 81st birthday lunch. Views from here on a clear day are perfectly stunning. Service was unenthusiastic and way too slow, possibly understaffed. We were there for 30 + minutes before our meals arrived, with not so much as a slice of bread or cracker while we waited. No check back after lunches resulted in my almost finishing my lunch before wife could get more dressing for her salad. Fries that came with my steak frite were good in spite of being luke warm, 1 level above cold. Steak was good. Vegan burger was good, and mom enjoyed it. Wife liked salad, but squash was under roasted and advertised quinoa was scarce. We did enjoy apple tart with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Beautiful place to meet up with friend and catch up. Great food and service.
Great views, ok prices and ok food.
3 stars are for the view only! I made reservations for 3 ppl a few days ahead knowing it would be a beautiful day and possibly busy. When we arrived, we were sat promptly by the host and promptly forgotten. Because we made reservations, I was shocked to see we had been sitting 20 min with 0 greeting and 0 water glasses on our table. So I nicely stopped a waiter and asked if someone was going to greet us and maybe bring us water....unfortunately 10 min later I had to ask someone else. I hate it that this restaurant is located in such a beautiful space with not so good service 🙄 Please improve so we can enjoy to food, service, and overall experience.
For a restaurant at a golf club, the prices, selection and the quality is unparalleled. Service was great. They had vegetarian and vegan options. We had a party of six and ordered all different things. I had a vegan beyond burger and it was absolutely phenomenal tasting. I’ve had that burger many times before and it has never been this good. Also had French toast and it was absolutely delicious. I didn’t think that the food was going to be wonderful because we were there for a work thing and we wanted to eat some food and the only restaurant nearby but it was a good choice.
Cajun Pence Pasta with Shrimp & Chicken was excellent.
Perfect spot. This is definitely the best hidden secret of the Seattle metro!
Please bring back the Steak and Eggs on the Brunch Menu, really miss it. View is beautiful as always.
Excellent service and 5 star quality food! The veiw on a clear day is absolutely stunning! A really perfect place for a special event like an anniversary or birthday. Cannot wait to go back!
Great view . Very easy to get to for anyone on the east side
Their menu used to be much better and worth the price but we were really underwhelmed by their brunch entrees last time. Waffles, pancakes didnt have any fresh fruit which at that price they should. Egg entrees were similarly very plain. Also their children menu is filled with wrong descriptions, an item called mini cheeseburgers should have multiple mini cheeseburgers not a single big cheeseburger. Not sure why they didnt just say cheeseburger. So pretty much all the restaurant has going for it right now is the view.
Went for brunch. Food was excellent and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The staff were kind and attentive. The views from the deck were breathtaking.
Really good restaurant with many choices. Reasonably priced. Recommend it for a great lunch.
Delicious desserts with a stunning view after a 7 mile hike!
Good place for view and relax dining. Come here for brunch or happy hour mostly. Not a lot of selection on food but it's a good place overall
Loved it. Service was good, and the food was also delicious. We had smoked chicken and the steelhead. Both were delicious.
When it's not raining the view is amazing. The food is good and service is good as well. Weekend brunch can be very busy and during summer dinner can be busy too because of the view. I definitely recommend it.
We would like to get a lunch with our 3 month old baby. Food was nice... But it is not a great place to come with baby because it really loud place. They should take a care to families who has a baby... And big thing we was with other family who has a child 5 years old. They are bring to kids menu with orange juice. And BIG THING ORANGE JUICE WAS TASTED LIKE EXPIRED. And we was try it and have a discomfort on our stomach. Manager of restaurant tried to convince us it is good juice... That is weird...Manager should be more polite with customers, not like security guy....I don't know who is going to be responsible for that... And THAT JUICE WAS PROVIDED FOR 5 YEARS OLD CHILD....
Unbelievably beautiful views that have a 360 of the entire area. The food was decent (though nothing to write home about) but the view and venue made up for it. I was attending as part of a corporate event versus going as an individual so the restaurant service may vary.
Chicken and waffles, Eggs Benedict are good brunch choices
Bartender is super great
Food was excellent, servers were very nice but had long wait times to get food and drinks. Pretty pricey too. Views were beautiful.
This is a place to go to more for the spectacle of the sweeping views than the food. The food ranges from nice to tolerable. Their bread is fairly bland and their curry scallops appetizer is disappointingly tiny, with only 3 scallops on it. However, the staff is friendly, and if you stick to safer dishes, like pasta, you will be satisfied. It’s a social gathering spot more so than a restaurant, to me. A nice place for Sunday brunch, perhaps.
Loved the view and location, in my top 3 bunch places
I love this venue! It's hard to believe that it's so close to Seattle.
Stopped by without a reservation on a Saturday morning. We were seated after about 15 minutes and our waiter arrived about 5 minutes after that. The breakfast here was decent, the view would have been great if not for the smoke from nearby wild fires. This was a good place to have a nice breakfast with family. Not a place I would frequent due to their higher price but the food was good.
Excellent food and such a lovely view! Was easy to get a table on a work day even booking the same day. Get a table outdoors and enjoy the beautiful view!
This is the perfect place for brunch, especially on a sunny day. I enjoyed the Cougar Mountain Scramble, very nice! Service is always great here, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
They had good vegetarian options and the view is awesome!! We had a great time!
Great location with amazing view! Food is disappointing. But this is not over expensive neither.
Food was good but the cocktails were not
My parents used to work at this place, so we had good expectations. Let me tell you, our expectations were not met at all. The kale wasn’t beheaded or something like that and the drinks weren’t made properly. Almost everything was disappointing but not everything. I wouldn’t really recommend going here, but they do have a great view.
